2) Do not connect the generator to other power sources, such as the
power company supply mains. Do not connect the generator to any
other existing electrical distribution systems.
3) Protection against electrical shock depends on circuit breakers
specially matched to the generating set. If the circuit breakers require
replacement, replace them only with circuit breakers having identical
ratings and performances characteristics.
4) Due to high mechanical stresses, use only tough rubber-sheathed
flexible cable (in accordance with IEC 60245-4) or the equivalent.
5) Always connect the generator’s earth terminal to a suitable earth point
using a suitable earth spike and cable.
6) Do not use extension cables with a resistance value exceeding 1,5 Ω.
The total length of lines for a cross section of 1,5 mm

must not exceed
60 m and for a cross section of 2,5 mm2, must not exceed 100 m. Use
only extension cables that are approved for outdoor use.
WARNING!
Comply with all applicable electrical safety regulations in force in the location
where the generator is used.
WARNING!
The generator is designed for powering small electrical appliances only.
Do not connect the generator to any existing electrical installation or
distribution network.
Before start-up
1) Safe operation requires sufficient operator knowledge of the functions
and positions of the controls and indicators. Familiarise yourself with
the functions of the generator and the position of the controls and
indicators before use.
2) Check the generator for signs of damage, disconnect any electrical
equipment; and ensure that the generator is located on a flat, level
surface well away from bystanders and any inflammable materials
before starting the generator.
3) Place the generator on a flat, level surface well away from inflammable
materials and away from any bystanders. Mantain a safety distance of
at least one meter between the generator and surrounding walls and
between the generator and the connected equipment.
