Harness also assists the user when in use, supporting and holding the product.
Put the harness (26) on your body and insert the two parts of the strap buckle (26a) into
each other until a click is heard (Fig. F1). Adjust the length of the harness so that the
hook is approximately 15cm below your waist.
Attach the securing clip (26b) to the loop (25) on the shaft (Fig. F2).
To remove the harness (26) from the loop (25), open the securing clip (26b).
Hold the tool with both hands on the right side of your body (Fig. F3). The trimmer head
or blade should be parallel to the ground at a proper cutting distance without the operator
bending over.
WARNING!
Always attach the product to the harness (26). Do not carry
or use it only with your hands!
CHARGING YOUR BATTERY PACK
The battery has been shipped in a low charge condition. Charge it fully before first use.
Refer to the charger instruction manual for the details.
TO REMOVE OR INSTALL THE BATTERY PACK (G1, G2)
Depress the battery pack release button (1) to release and slide the battery pack (3)
out from your tool. After recharge, slide it back into your tool. A simple push and slight
pressure will be sufficient.
BATTERY PACK POWER BAR
The Li-Ion battery pack (3) is equipped with a POWER BAR which is used to give an
indication of the battery pack’s remaining charge. Press the POWER BAR button (2) to
check battery charge as below. The LED will stay lit for approximately 5 seconds.

INTENDED USE
You may use the brush cutter for the purpose listed below:
With the blade attached, the product is intended to cut heavier weeds, brush and similar
vegetation with a thickness of up to 20mm.
With the trimming head attached the product is intended to cut smaller types of weed,
lawn grass or similar soft vegetation in areas that are hard to reach, e.g. under bushes,
on slopes and edges. It may not be used to work on unusual thick, dry or wet grass, e.g.
pasture grass, or to shred leaves.
NOTE:
The tool is to be used only for its prescribed purpose. Any other
use is deemed to be a case of misuse.

OPERATION
ON / OFF SWITCH (FIG. H)
Press down the lock-off button (4) and hold it in that position. Depress the on/off switch (5)
to start (Fig. H).
Different pressure on the trigger results in variable rotating speed of the cutting unit.
To turn off release the trigger.
NOTE:
The motor runs only when the lock-off lever (4) and trigger (5)
are both pressed.
WARNING!
Always remove the battery pack during work breaks and
after finishing work.
The brush cutter blade will stop running completely after release the switch
trigger and lock-off lever about 10s. Never put the product on the ground
and/or touch the blade when it is still running.
