ATTENTION
Before using your
ErgoFIX
rollator,
first read this manual thoroughly, so that
accidents can be prevented.
1. GENERAL
Having bought the
ErgoFIX
rollator, you have become the owner of a high
quality, reliable apparatus. Using it properly and maintaining it regularly, you can
enjoy your rollator for years to come.
In this operation manual you will find use and maintenance prescriptions. Before
using the rollator, read this manual first and be sure that others have read it as
well and have taken the necessary precautions.
This rollator has been designed and intented as a walking aid for persons with a
high risk to fall; without a walking aid, they have insufficient stability to stand and/or
to walk properly. The rollator has a maximum carrying capacity of 115 kg and is
suited for use inside and outside.
The appliance must be used only for the purpose for which it was specifically
designed. All other uses are to be considered incorrect and therefore
unreasonable. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage
resulting from improper, incorrect or unreasonable use.
2. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove rollator from case, unfold frame and make sure that the crossbar is
resting firmly on the bottom of the black folding mechanism.
2. Attach 2 black locking mechanisms to secure the frame. Push down the
locking mechanisms to secure the rollator in the open position.
3. Remove the gray plastic end caps from the frame and insert the arms to the
desired height. Use the lever on the knob to loosen and tighten the
connection between the frame and arms. The gray plastic end caps are not
used in the assembly. They can be discarded after assembling the rollator.
