FAULT TRACING DESCRIPTION
Faktaansvarig - Subject responsible
This menu can be used to check the traffic that is offered on a certain location. It shows the number of
Base Stations within reach of the portable in order of their respective signal strength. The portable dis-
plays a list of up to 7 different Base Stations, the maximum a portable can see.
FP - Info
This menu allows scrolling through the Base Stations (/00../FF) list. The default Base Station is the first
Base Station mentioned in the All-FP+RSSI display; the one with the highest signal strength. By press-
ing `down/up', you can display other Base Stations. When a Base Station is not in the portable list, the
display remains blank. If it is, the display shows the data as specified in the lines above. `N' may change
during the display if another Base Station from the portable list is getting a higher/lower signal strength
than the one currently displayed.

Select PUN
This menu is useful for testing purposes when more systems cover the same area. It allows a forced se-
lection of one system on a portable that is programmed for both systems. By selecting a different PUN
an engineer can test Base Stations of different systems on the same spot without having to re-initialize
his portable.
When `A' is selected, the portable will automatically select systems for which it has access rights. After
switching on, the portable is always set to automatic selection.
