Check on line network
Checks on the line network can vary in scope depending on the configuration of the line network and
type of connection. See the following schematic diagram and use the exclusion method by testing in the
order stated.

Check on programmable parameters for facilities
For facilities and various connection cases there exist a number of programmable parameters that need
to be programmed correctly for the facility to function. See "Facilities" in RASC.

There are several conditions needing a restart of the PBX. In
this case there are two ways of restarting the system:
•
Switch off the power supply either by disconnecting
from mains (unplug, switch off the supply lines) or
switch off the exchange using the switch at the bottom
of the cabinet.
•
Make a short between the two pins
(A32 and C32) on the connector at the front of the
CPU-D. Be careful when shorting these two pins by
using a plug with a wired connection or a jumper.

1. The first MDF to which the PBX is connected. Disconnect the
network below this point and test by connecting a telephone or
other unit here.
