The power supply module is fixed in the main enclosure. The power
receptacle and the power on/off switch are located at the rear panel.
The power supply module supplies 12V/3A DC power to the
baseboard. The baseboard then feeds the interface modules through
their connectors. A power on/off switch is located next to the power
connector.

The standard power supply module operates from 100-240 V 50/60
Hz mains and is connected to the mains outlet by a separate power
cord included in the package.
As an alternative the MSED/HL950 can be delivered with a power
supply module that operates from -36 to -72 VDC. For this operation
a -48VDC cable is included in the the package. Connect the black
cable to 0V. Connect the red cable to -48VDC power source.

The MSED/HL950 may be connected to power via an Uninterruptable
Power Supply (UPS) for higher availability.
