Adjust the angle of the Screen Box if required. (Refer to
Section 4.1 Screen Box).
6.
Make sure that the Reject Stacker skirting is properly positioned.
To switch from three to two products
(3-product model only)
1.
Make sure that the Middle Stacker is unfolded.
2.
Adjust the Reject Stacker angle (lower).

Remove pressure on the Reject Stacker pin by slightly raising lever E (See
Figure 3-13

Remove the pin.

Use lever E to lower Stacker (for screening in two-product mode, use the lowest hole of
the raising system).

Put the pin back on.
Never use the machine if a pin is missing
.

Lock the pin on.
- Apply hydraulic pressure on the pin with lever E.
Make sure the cylinder does not
support the Reject Stacker pressure. This might damage the cylinder
.
3.
Use lever D to set the Reject Stacker in two-product position.
4.
Adjust the angle of the Screen Box if required. Refer to
Section 4.1 Screen Box.
To adjust Reject Stacker speed
There is a hydraulic flow control next to the controls at the rear of the machine.
4.6 Balancing the Screen Box
INSTRUCTIONS!
Make sure to balance the Screen Box when adding
or removing weight from the box.
INSTRUCTIONS!
Each machine has a specific throw to be adjusted to.
INSTRUCTIONS!
Make sure that the throttle is at 2200 RPM. This is
the recommended speed for the Screen Box.
