PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
The remote stop button is pushed
in or the key is off.
Pull the stop button and turn the key to
on.
The machine will not
move, tracks are not
activated (continued). Power of the remote battery is
too low.
Replace the battery of the remote. See
Section 4.4
.
The remote control was turned on
but no function was activated
during the regular delay.
Shut the remote off, turn the engine key
back to off and start the machine over.
Diesel engine stops a
few minutes after the
machine has been
moved.
The engine died when the remote
was turned off.
This is a normal safety measure. Put
the engine ignition key back to off and
start the engine over.
The engine dies
during the machine
movement.
The machine is out of the radio
signal range.
Start the machine over and remain
within the required range for proper
radio signal between the remote and the
machine (max 90 m [300 feet] ).
The engine RPM is too low.
Raise engine RPM to 2,400.
The machine does not
follow a straight path.
The hydraulic oil is cold.
Let the machine work for a while
before moving it.
The fuse is burnt.
Check alarm fuse (15A) on relay K8.
Replace if necessary.
The warning system or other
device is out of order.
Verify the warning system and its
components.
The 5-second warning
signal does not work.
There is a wiring problem.
Verify contacts and wires.
The fuse is burnt.
Check warning signal fuse (15A) on
relay K7. Replace if necessary.
The warning system or other
device is out of order.
Verify the warning system and its
components.
The pulsating warning
signal does not work.
There is a wiring problem.
Verify contacts and wires.
The key is inserted on the wrong
side.
Remove the key, rotate of 180° and
insert it back in the remote.
The remote key will
not turn to on.
Wrong key is used.
Replace the key by the right one.
