"Program settings" menu
The following settings can be made in the "Program settings" menu.

After the lid is closed, the current vacuum value is shown instead
of the sealing time.

Sealing time in seconds.
Off: no sealing takes place.
The sealing time depends on the vacuum bags being used and is
set by default at the factory to a side-sealed bag of quality PA-PE
20/70 (90µ).
Cutter duration

Duration for separating the seal in seconds.
Off: the sealing bar is not separating.

This is only active when the vacuum value of 100% is set.
After the vacuum value 100% is reached, the vacuum is increased
for the set time.
With the "Off" setting, the process is completed when 100% is
reached.
Equalization

Time period in which the vacuum is to be maintained after reaching
the set value (pressure equalisation in the chamber).
With the "Off" setting, the pressure is not equalised.
Vapor detection

The vapour detection is engaged after a defined time and thus
prevents the vacuuming procedure from being stopped if the set
vacuum cannot be reached. Particularly damp/wet packaged goods
are ideally vacuumed using this option.
Softaerate

Prior to the normal aeration, the bag is softly aerated during the
defined time.
This extends the total aeration time, the packaged item is,
however, gently aerated (recommended for packaged goods with a
decorative surface or for sharp bones that could damage the
vacuum bag during normal aeration).
OFF: no soft aeration takes place.
