MINIMUM FLOW ADJUSTMENT

FOR COOKTOP GAS TAPS

IMPORTANT!

All work must be carried out by a registered gas fi tter and in
accordance with the current standards.

WARNING!

Always isolate the cooktop from the electricity and gas
supply before changing the injectors and/or adjusting the
minimum fl ow of the burners.

►   Remove all the pan supports caps fl ame spreaders and

knobs.

►   Unscrew the screws of the panel, then remove the

panel.

►   Install cap fl ame spreader knob of the burner. Switch

the burner on and set the knob at the minimum
position.

►   Place a small bladed screwdriver on the screw to adjust

the minimum fl ow (as shown in the image on the left).

►   Unscrew the adjusting screw, in order to increase the

gas fl ow or tighten the adjusting screw to decrease the
gas fl ow.

►   The correct adjustment is obtained when the fl ame has

a length of about 3 - 4 mm.

►   For butane/propane gas, the adjusting screw must be

tightly screwed in.

►   Make sure that the fl ame does not go out by quickly

turning from maximum fl ow to minimum fl ow. If it
does then remove the control knob and make further
adjustments to the gas fl ow, testing it again once the
adjustment has been made.

►   Repeat this process for each one of the gas taps.
►   Install the panel and refi t the caps, fl ame spreaders and

knobs after fi nished the adjustment.
