Figure 7 shows the steam vent opened. This operation is achieved
by rotating the steam vent cover disc either clockwise or anti-
clockwise on the top of the cooker.

Steam is very hot and can burn.
Care should be taken and a suitable protective oven
glove or mitt be used whilst operating the oven
steam vents.
EXTRACTION.
An extractor may be used with this appliance.
