Close the gas cylinder valve after use.

All parts protected by the manufacturer must not
be handled by the user under any circumstances.

This equipment must be kept away from flammable
materials during use.
•
Wear suitable protective gloves when handling your
appliance and during cooking: some accessible
parts can be very hot.
•
Clean the appliance and its accessories (including
the grease trap drawer) after each use to avoid
grease accumulation (risk of fire).
•
Perform a leak test before use (see “Leak Test”
section).
•
In case of gas odour or gas leakage:
1.
close the gas cylinder valve,
2.
extinguish existing fires,
3.
carry out a leak test (see “Leak Test” section).

are tight. If they have loosened, immediately close
the gas cylinder valve and check all connections,
then carry out a leak test (see “Leak Test” section).

Never loosen the gas connections when using
your appliance.
•
Do not use charcoal or lava stone in your gas
griddle.
•
This griddle must be installed on the ground on
a horizontal, flat and stable surface before use to
avoid any risk of it tipping over.
