7.
Connect the two hinges (3) and (4) at the back of the appliance using screws (B) and nuts (C).

Secure the hood with the safety chain to prevent the hood from falling onto the cooking griddle.
9.
Place the cooking griddle (1) on the body of the appliance, making sure that the drain hole is
positioned above the grease trap drawer.
The appliance is now ready for use.

This griddle is intended for outdoor use only and in a well-ventilated area.
•
Your griddle is designed to be used with propane or liquefied butane gas in a bottle.
•
To use your griddle, you must get:
- 1 x 6 to 13 kg bottle of propane or butane gas,
- 1 gas hose (not supplied) - see specifications on next page,
- 1 regulator adapted to the type of gas you use (not supplied).
Suitable installation location
•
Place the griddle on a stable, sturdy and non-flammable surface (figure below).
•
The gas cylinder must be placed on the ground, to the left of the griddle, in an upright position, at
least 1 metre away from the appliance.
•
The cylinder (6 to 13 kg) can be placed in a suitable cabinet, unless otherwise indicated on the
product, provided that its dimensions (including the regulator) comply with the requirements shown
in the figure above:
•
If your gas cylinder does not meet the requirements shown, you MUST place it on the ground next
to your appliance (as shown in the figure above).
•
Do not obstruct the ventilation openings in the gas cylinder housing.
•
Do not use a damaged or rusty gas cylinder. If the cylinder is damaged or rusty, have it checked by
your gas supplier. Do not use a gas cylinder with a damaged valve.
•
Use a regulator with a safety mechanism, in compliance with the national regulations in force (NF for
France): 37 mbar for Propane or 28-30 mbar for Butane.
•
Make sure that the griddle is away from any source of heat (cigarettes, sparks, open flames, etc.).
•
Never place your griddle under or on a combustible surface.
•
Do not place any flammable materials and aerosols near the appliance.
