: Performing an automatic search will erase all your existing preset stations.
Performing a manual search
To perform a manual search, press the
or
button repeatedly to move through the
frenquency band to select a radio station. Each time you press the button, the frequency
decreases or increases by 0.05 MHz.
●
Long press the
or
button to automatically skip to the previous or next radio
station.
●
If the reception is poor, try adjusting the telescopic antenna, moving your clock radio
to a different location, or changing the frequency.
●
If you want to keep a radio station found using a manual search, follow the
instructions in the next section to save it.
Storing FM radio stations manually
You can store up to 30 FM radio stations as preset stations to quickly tune in to them
later.
Note
: Some preset stations may be created during an automatic search.
Assigning an FM radio station to a preset button
1. Tune in to a radio station that you woud like to save.
2. Long press one of the preset buttons (
1
,
2
, and
3
) to assign the radio station to the
button.
3. Repeat the above steps to save more radio stations.
Assigning an FM radio station to a preset station number
1. Tune in to a radio station that you woud like to save.
2. Long press the
button to enter
Preset Store
mode.
3. Press the
or
button to select a number (1 to 30) to assign the radio station to.
A used number is displayed with the frequency of the assigned radio station behind it.
An unused number is displayed with “
(empty)
” behind it.
4. Press the
button to save the radio station and exit
Preset Store
mode.
5. Repeat the above steps to save more radio stations.
●
If you assign a new station to a used number (a number that has already
been assigned a station), the new station will overwrite the old one.
●
All preset stations will be retained if you power off your clock radio.
