Set up locally filtered forced-air ventilation where the product is being
maintained, inspected or cleaned.
After an extended period of operation, the filters clog up slowly due to the ingress
of extremely fine dust in the pores. Manual rotary cleaning can no longer remove
this infiltrated dust. Filters must be replaced with new ones.
If possible, filter replacement must be done when there is no work going on. This
process requires 2 people wearing personal protective equipment.
Also pay attention here to the supplementary maintenance instructions!
The filter cartridges must be checked at least every 6 months with a visual
inspection for wear and damage.
After 1000 operating hours at the latest, the filter cartridges must be replaced with
new ones.
This work should be done only by an expert wearing personal protective
equipment!
1. Switch the product on at the connected main system.
2. Disconnect the compressed air supply.
3. Completely dismantle the upper part, the fan unit of the
product.
The fan unit must be dismantled and lifted by 2
assembly personnel or suitable lifting gear.
4. Loosen and remove the fixing nuts for the filter cartridges.
5. Remove the cleaning unit from the filter cartridges.
6. Fold the disposal bag over the edge of the filter cartridge.
