Recommendation
–
Cut the big pieces of foodstuffs into cubes of dimension at about
1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5
cm.
– Herbs are best milled when clean and dry.
– Break ginger up before milling.
– Always add a little liquid when blending cooked ingredients to make baby food.
–
When processing hard cheese, work only for a short time. During long work the cheese
could become warm and get lumped.
–
For whole bean coffee – the quantity should be within the following range: minimum
30 g
/ maximum
70 g
. When processing coffee, apply operation pulses according to the
required graininess of coffee.
–
The knife would unnecessarily get blunt soon. If it is necessary, stop the work, switch
off the appliance and remove the foodstuffs, which stuck on the knife or on the walls of
the vessel (see the section
I. SECURITY ADVICE
).
– T
he longer you process food in the chopper, the smoother the result will be.
–
If you are not satisfied with the result, switch off the appliance, remove the chopper and
„shake“ the container to mix the ingredients. Alternatively, remove the knife and mix
with a wiper, remove some of the raw material, or add a small amount of liquid.
–
The inner side of the container might change colour (become matt) and the container
might give out a characteristic smell in the process with hard ingredients but this does
not affect the function of the appliance and it is not a reason for a claim.
i
Assembly
Assemble the food chopper and attach it to the blender mount
A10
according to Figure 3.
Apply reverse sequence to disassemble the unit and to remove it from the mount
(supporting it with both hands).
Here are some examples of processing, which can serve as an inspiration. Their goal is
not to give instructions but to show various possibilities to process the foodstuffs. Times of
processing are given in seconds.
1 pulse = 2 seconds
