to open the hatch and to compensate the excessive pressure (you will
hear “hissing”). Remove the bottle from the soda maker and close it with the cap

. You can
either consume the drink right away or store it in the refrigerator. You can use the following
chart as a help with determining the approximate level of carbonation of water with CO

:

lightly carbonated water
2 presses

The 0.45 kg CO

carbonator (in relation to the intensity of carbonation) prepares
approximately 85 litres of sparking water.
RECOMMENDATIONS
– C
old water (approx
7°C
) is the most suitable water for carbonation because it better
absorbs carbon dioxide. We recommend storing the water in the refrigerator prior to
carbonation. You can purchase another PET bottle for this purpose.

It might get caused nozzle and hinge sealing and
also functionless cap opening. Guarantee overhaul is not applied on this type of fail.
–
The more often you press the button

, the more carbonated the water will be.
–
Do not press the button
A1
for a long time and in very short intervals (the water may
leak from the appliance). Wait for about 5 – 10 seconds between individual presses so
that the CO
2
mixes with water well.
–
The carbonated water will stay in a well closed bottle for about 2 – 3 days.
–
The appliance is equipped with a system of automatic drainage of excessive
carbonated water (e.g. in case of overfilling the bottle with CO
2
) using the drainage
tube

. Therefore, “some” amount of water may appear under the carbonator. It is
completely normal and it is not a reason for sales return. Lift the soda maker after each
use and wipe off the water.
–
The carbonator is empty when no gas is released into the bottle from the nozzle when
the button
A1
is pressed. In such a case, remove the empty carbonator and replace it
with a new one. Do not dispose of the empty carbonators (i.e. do not throw them away).
The weight of the empty and full carbonator is stated on the carbonator packaging.

MixingSodas
(Fig. 14, 15, 16)
To prepare tasty soda or drink, we recommend using Kofola syrups. Add the required
amount of the selected syrup in the bottle with carbonated water. Screw the cap and turn
the bottle upside down once to mix the drink. You can either consume the drink right away
or store it in the refrigerator.
ATTENTION
–
Always add syrups, ice or crushed ice in water that has been carbonated; otherwise
there is a risk of foaming and overflowing.
–
Do not shake the bottle! It releases the carbon dioxide from the water.
–
Follow the recommended instructions of the producer when batching the syrup; use it
according to your taste.
–
Do not use syrups after the use by date (expiration date). Store syrups in a cool and
dark place (see the instructions of the producer on the syrup packaging).
