Check de-ashing
Checking the de-ashing
Dismantle the maintenance cover of the heat
exchanger cleaner.

Check the de-ashing system and the push floor for
visible damage. Using an ash vacuum, remove only as
much ash as required to enable a visual check.

CAUTION!
Do not lubricate the de-ashing system
Never lubricate the de-ashing system and
the push floor with oil, grease or other
lubricants. The reason for this is because
ash will adhere to the lubricant and cause
encrustation and sluggishness.

Clean temperature sensor
Cleaning the flue gas temperature sensor on the
flue gas connection
Loosen the screws and pull out the flue gas
temperature sensor. Clean it with a soft cloth. Then
replace the temperature sensor. Only hand-tighten the
screws so as not to damage the temperature sensor.

Cleaning the flue gas temperature sensor in the

Only clean the flue gas temperature sensor from the
bottom with a soft cloth. Removal is not required.
