Which backplane channels are used by which plug-in boards is described in the
relevant User’s Guides or in the pin assignment of the relevant connector (see
"Pin Assignment and Display Elements" on page 25).
3.4
The Power Supply of the ES4408.1 Load Chassis
Power is supplied to the ES4408.1 Load Chassis with a wide-range power supply
unit with input voltages between 100 V and 240 V with mains frequencies
between 50 Hz and 60 Hz; the maximum current consumption is 3 A. Corre-
spondingly, there two 3.15 A fuses (5 mm x 20 mm) in the power supply connec-
tor.
The following voltages are made available internally for supplying power to the
boards: +3.3 V, +5 V, +12 V, – 12 V and +24 V. The state of these voltages is
indicated on the front panel via the LEDs (see "LEDs" on page 35).
