Ventilation of the ES4408.1 Load Chassis
For cooling the loads, the ES4408.1 Load Chassis has a total of six cooling vents
on the bottom of the device.
The filter mat in the ventilation unit has to be cleaned or replaced from time to
time. To do this, proceed as follows:
To clean the filter mat
• Power off the device.
• Open the two screws on the bottom left and right
(see arrows in the figure).
• Open the front panel and pull out the filter mat.
• Clean with a vacuum cleaner.
If the filter mat is too dirty to be cleaned, replace
with a new mat.
