OPERATION
1. Making A Call
-
Lift the handset or press speakerphone button to get the dial tone
-
Enter the wanted telephone number on the numeric keypad
2. Review, Dial Back, Delete Incoming Calls
-
When the handset is in the base, you can simply press the “ARROW UP” or
“ARROW DOWN” buttons to review the incoming call records.
-
To dial back the telephone number shown in the display, there are two options:
a) Simply press [RD/BACK] button and ‘SPEAKER’ key to dial back the number,
or pick up the handset and press [RD/BACK].
b) Press [RD/BACK] button two times and the phone will automatically go into
speakerphone mode and dial back the number.

To delete the telephone number shown in the display from the incoming call
memory, press [DEL] key to delete that number. To delete all incoming calls
press and hold the [DEL] key for 4 seconds.
3. Review, Dial Back, Delete The Outgoing Calls
-
With the handset is in the base, press the [OUT] key repeatedly to review the
last outgoing calls.

To dial back the telephone number shown in the display, there are two options:
a) Simply press the [RD/BACK] button and [SPEAKER] key to dial back the
number, or pick up the handset and press [RD/BACK].
b) Press [RD/BACK] button two times and the phone will automatically go into
speakerphone mode and dial back the number.

To delete the telephone number shown in the display from the outgoing call
memory, press [DEL] key to delete that number. To delete all incoming calls
press and hold the [DEL] key for 4 seconds.
4. Phonebook Search

To search in your Phonebook, press the [BOOK] button, and “INPUT PREFIX”
will appear in the display. Then enter the first letter of the name you want on
the keypad, and the first phone number under that letter will appear. You can
then use the ‘ARROW UP’ or ‘ARROW DOWN’ button to scroll through the
available name/numbers.
