Fasten a cord or a chain at the towing spot of the object which is to be pulled. For fastening
never wind the cable around the object in question. Now tighten the hitch button again.
Keep a safe distance and activate your remote control.
The cable will tighten and the object will be hauled by the winch.
TRACTION POWER
The winch possesses a traction power of approx. 1,000 kg. This enables you to do the
following:
a. The hauling of a rolling load on the ground at idle running with a weight of up to approx.
1,000 kg
b. The towing of a boat in the water with an weight of up to approx. 2,300 kg.
c. Maintain the rolling movement of a vehicle with a weight of up to approx. 2,700 kg.
The traction power is correlatad proportionally to the angle of inclination. We refer to the
following schema zu assess the traction power (rolling weight) depending on the inclination.

APPLICATION OF THE EMERGENCY CRANK HANDLE
Attention: do not use the crank handle to support the wench´s towing operations. This will
cause damage to the wench und increases the danger of injuries.
Turn the hitch button right (clockwise) until it is fastened tight.
Place the end of the crank handle on the flat part of the threaded connector end at the left
side of the winch.
Turn the crank hande right (clockwise) to tighten the wire rope. Turn further until the wire rope
is coiled up completely.
MAINTAINANCE
Lubricate the wire rope from time to time.
The pionins have to be greased regularly every six months – therefore remove the hitch
button and then remove the right and the left part from the unit. All high-quality lubricants may
be used.
