CHECKING OR REPLACING FUSES

To check or replace the fuses on the switchboard proceed as follows:
Drain both tanks into the special drainage areas;
Bring the machine into a stop position in a flat surface area and put on the brake;
Unplug the battery plug (see position 11);
Unfasten the tank (see position 12) by pushing it inwards using the small levers (see position 8) located at both ends of
the machine;
REACH THE DRIVER’S POSITION AND LIFT THE TANK BY THE GRIPS (POS. 7) PAYING
ATTENTION TO HANDLE IT WITH CARE WHILE PUTTING IT DOWN ON THE GROUND.
Unscrew the 2 screw knobs (see position 9), pull upwards and remove the switchboard cover (see position 10);
There are 5 fuses located in the fuse holder
PROTECTION OF THE BRUSH MOTORS: FUSE HOLDER POS. 6;
PROTECTION OF VACUUM MOTOR: FUSE HOLDER POS. 1

TO REPLACE IT, PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:
Open the lid of the fuse holder (pos. 6) by pulling it up from the side indicated by the arrow;
Unscrew the 2 fuse locking nuts (pos. 4);
Replace the
30A fuse
(pos.5) with a fuse of equal amperage;
Reassemble the nuts and close the lid of the fuse holder.
TO REPLACE IT, PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:
Open the lid (pos.3) of the fuse holder (pos. 1)
Replace the
30A fuse
(pos.2) with a fuse of equal amperage;
Reassemble the nuts and close the lid of the fuse holder.
Once the fuses are checked or replaced, put everything back together and bring the machine back to its operating
condition.
