SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE FOR SCHEDULED SERVICING

Check that the batteries clamps are not loosen or oxidized
Check the cover gasket
Make sure there are no loose screws or bolts
Make sure the squeegee gas spring is not damaged and that it is working properly
Check and clean the recovery tank drain valve
Check the vacuum motor float filter
Check the drainpipe of the recovery and solution tank
Make sure the squeegee vacuum pipe is not broken or blocked
Check and if necessary rotate or replace the squeegee blades
Check and eventually clean the cooling grid of the vacuum motor
Check the adjusting/closing detergent solution tap
Check the solenoid valve (if present)
Make sure all machine functions are operating correctly
