e) Channel selection
• If you use multiple outdoor sensors (max. 3), press the button CHANNEL (9), to switch between the channels.
• When the circular dual arrow appears in the display, the readings of all external sensors will be displayed in cycle.
f) Background light
• When in normal display mode, press the SNOOZE / LIGHT button (8) to adjust the backlight.
Operation with power adapter: Bright → medium → dark → bright
Battery operation: Bright → medium → bright
• When using the power adapter, the backlight is on continuously with the selected brightness setting.
• When using batteries, you can activate the backlight for 8 seconds by pressing any button.
• When using batteries, you can also activate the backlight for 8 seconds by creating a loud sound (such as clapping
hands).
g) Reset
Disconnect the weather station from the mains supply (remove batteries and disconnect power adapter), in order to
delete all settings and to restore the default settings.
16. Alarm
a) Setting the alarm
• When in normal display mode, press the MODE button (7) to select alarm mode AL1 or AL2.
Default setting AL1: 06:00
Default setting AL2: 00:00
• Press and hold the MODE button for approx. 3 seconds. The hour indicator starts flashing.
• Press the button UP (10) or DOWN (6), to change the value. Keep the button pressed for fast adjustment.
• To confirm, press the button MODE. The minute indicator starts flashing.
• Adjust the minutes and confirm by pressing the MODE button.
• If you do not press any button within 8 seconds, the system will save the value set last and then returns to normal
display mode.
