b) Activating the temperature alarm
• Press the UP (10) or DOWN (6) buttons while displaying the respective thresholds to activate or deactivate the
temperature alarm for that threshold.
• When activated, the bell symbol will appear next to the HI or LO indicator. If no alarm has been activated, the OFF
indicator will appear next to the house symbol.
c) Adjusting thresholds
• In normal display mode, keep the button ALERTS (11) depressed for approx. 3 seconds. The upper outdoor
temperature threshold starts flashing.
• Press the button UP (10) or DOWN (6), to change the value. Keep the button pressed for fast adjustment.
• To confirm, press the button ALERTS. The lower outdoor temperature threshold starts flashing
• Proceed as described previously in order to adjust the thresholds in the following order:
- Upper outdoor temperature threshold (max. 70 °C)
- Lower outdoor temperature threshold (min. -40 °C)
- Upper indoor temperature threshold (max. 50 °C)
- Lower indoor temperature threshold (min. 0 °C)
• If you do not press any button within 8 seconds, the system will save the value set last and then returns to normal
display mode.
d) Alarm signal
• If the actual temperature falls below or exceeds one of the thresholds, the system will emit an acoustic signal for
approx. 5 seconds. On top of that, the bell symbol flashes.
• Press any button to cancel the acoustic signal.
e) Notes
• If the temperature exceeds the display range, HH appears in the display.
• If the temperature falls below the display range, LL appears in the display
