Longitudinal profiles are intended to support the aluminum profiles on the bottom edges of the
flat AHU.

Furthermore, it is recommended that the supporting profiles should be screwed together with
the aluminum profiles of the bottom edge for secure positioning e.g. by means of threaded riv-
ets.

To avoid transmission of structure-borne noise is recommended to use sound-absorbing mate-
rial between suspension and AHU. A possible solution is shown in
Figure 31:
