Carriers are always responsible for any damage suffered by the goods in their care during transport, therefore, before preparing to
install and start up the machine, it is necessary to make a thorough visual inspection of the integrity of the packaging and ensure that
the machine shows no signs of visible damage or oil or refrigerant leaks.
Ensure that the machines correspond to the order placed and include any foreseen accessories.
Damage or disputes must be reported to the Manufacturer and to the carrier by registered post within 48 hours of receiving the material.
In the event of damage, specify the written reservation on the delivery document immediately.
If one or more parts are damaged, it is essential not to proceed with putting the machine into service and to report the anomaly to the
Manufacturer, after agreeing on the course of action to be taken.
Unpacking should preferably take place at the site of installation.
The person receiving the goods is responsible for checking the material carefully; in the event of doubts or serious incidents, contact the
manufacturer’s Dispatch Office immediately
.
Any hidden damage that might occur after receipt must be reported in writing, in good time.
