use the device with an external voltage regulator such as dimmer,
speed controller etc. That produces hazard too!
Assembly
Remove all the packaging material and keep the packaging material away from
children. Check that all the parts are present. Ensure that definitely no packaging
material has remained around the ‘head’ of the radiator (lamp, cap and
switches). Ensure there is a clear work space and keep flammable materials out
of the area.
Check the device, the electrical cable and the plug for damage. Do not connect
the device to the mains if you notice any damage!
Do not connect the terrace radiator to the mains before it is fully assembled!
To assemble the terrace heater, you will need a few wrenches that fit. Follow the
instructions below step by step. If you have any doubts about anything, you
should consult your dealer.
Step 1: Connect the bottom tube with the base by screwing them
together.
Step 2: Feed the power cord through the base and
the bottom tube and pull through around 2m of
cable.
Step 3: Connect the two middle tubes with the bottom tube by
screw them together
Step 4: Place the plug of the mains
cable through the base, lower, middle
and upper tube. Now connect the
socket with the connection in het
heating head. Cover this connection
with the enclosed protective box.
Step 5: Place the terrace heater in its highest
position (See also point 7). Gently pull the
power cord out of the socket. Secure the power
cord under the weighted base using the
supplied 4pcs. M4 nuts. In doing this, ensure
that the cable in the stand is not under current.
