ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
STOOL CLEANING INSTRUCTION
All the external parts of the stool hawe to be regularly cleaned with a detergent based of non-ionic-
cationic surfactants, inorganic salts, glycol.
SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
WARNING: All operation must be effected by specialised technician
CDS 300/301/302 WHEELS REPLACEMENT
(reference exploded drawing pages 12 and 14)
1) Turn over the seat
2) Pull hard on the wheel (31) or hit it with a rubber mallet to remove it from the pin (30).
3) Use a 12 mm. key to unscrew the pin (30) and screw in the new one.
4) Insert the new wheel (31) in the pin by pushing it hard into the seat or tapping it in with a rub-
ber mallet.
CDS 300/301/302 CUSHION REPLACEMENT
(reference exploded drawings pages 12 and 14 )
1) Turn over the seat.
2) Use a 4 mm. Allen key to remove the three screws (13) which secure the cushion.
3) Replace with the new cushion, tightening the same screws.
CDS 300/301/302 BACKREST REPLACEMENT
(Reference exploded drawings pages 12 and 14 )
1) Turn the stool over and use the 5 mm Allen key to slacken the two screws (6) fixing the backrest
(2) to the backrest support (7).
2) Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the three screws (5) securing the fixing plate (3) to the
backrest.
3) Remove the fixing plate (3) and fit onto the new backrest with the aid of a rubber faced mallet.
4) Reassemble in reverse order of the above.
