CALL HANDLING
This section describes how to handle outgoing and incoming calls to the Gateway.
All calls arrive to the Call Manager. The Call Manager then directs the calls accordingly.
For each port you define which numbers the port uses to dial out and how to handle the incoming
calls.
The basic method of directing outgoing calls is by the prefix of the dialed number.
