This section describes how to use the call monitoring features, including:

5.1.
PORT MONITOR
This section describes how to monitor the cellular channels. You can see all of the information on the
SIM registration and the status of the calls.
To monitor calls from cellular ports:

On the Main Toolbar, click
Monitor.
The monitor screen appears, displaying the cellular ports. The number is according to the type of
the Gateway. The following shows a 2 channel Gateway:
The following information appears:
SIM indicator - the color indicates the status of the SIM.
Net indicator - the color indicates the status of the SIM registration in the cellular network.
The Net and SIM color indicators:
Red
- indicates there is no connection.
Yellow - indicates there is a connection, but no data transfer.
Green - indicates transfer of data.
SIM# - the number of the active SIM (1 is Local SIM, 2 is SIM Server SIM)
The -db number at the top left indicates the cellular reception level.
Net ID - the ID number of the cellular network
BCCH - the number of the Broadcast Channel

At the bottom right of a port cell, right click the blue triangle to display the following list of
options:
Refresh Port
- Updates the data from the ports.
