>HSB
The HSB menu is used in a 1+1 redoundancy system. We suppose to have two EK-MFR/2, one
identified as Master and one identified as Slave.
The technique of redundancy is based on the concept that, the parameters of the boards loaded on the
EK-MFR/2 (Master) are managed by the
Condition Builder software application
; if one of the
variables is out of limits the system switches to the Slave unit. In the same manner, on the Slave unit
the
Condition Builder software application
manages the parameters of the boards inserted in the
Slave EK-MFR/2. The Master, in real time, monitors the status of the Slave in order to obtain the
correct switch in case of failure, the state of the Slave is read on ADO input of the power supply unit.

Allows to select which EK-MFR/2 works as Master and which as
Slave.
>>Behavior
