Battery Replacement
a.
Open battery cover at the back of the monitor.
b.
Load four “AAA” size batteries. Please pay attention to
polarity.
c.
Close the battery cover.
3.
Setting the date and time
To settle the date and time, tunr OFF the device. Press the setting button SET for a while.
The year flashes on the display. Press ∆ to advance by increments of one year and to set
the current year.
The year can be set between 2010 and 2030. When the display reaches 2030, it will return
to 2010.
Press SET again, the date flashes on the display. Press ∆ to set the date.
Then press SET again, the month flashes on the display. Press ∆ to set the month.
Then press SET again, the hour flashes on the display. Press ∆ to set the hour.
Then press SET again, the minutes flash on the display. Press ∆ to set the minutes.
Press SET when finished to register the settings and back to normal screen.
Press and hold the button ∆ to increase the date and time values faster.
Press the START/STOP button to turn the monitor off.

Set user
To choose user A or B before to measure your pressure, turn OFF the device using the
START/STOP button. Hold the START/STOP button and check the left upper part of the
display screen : user A or user B will flash. Then release the button and start using your
device.

Applying the cuff
a.
Pulling the cuff end through the medal loop (the cuff is
packaged like this already), turn it outward (away from your body)
and tighten it and close the Velcro fastener.
b.
Place the cuff around a bare arm 1-2cm above the elbow joint.
c.
While seated, place palm upside in front of you on a flat
surface such as a desk or table. Position the air tube in the
middle of your arm in line with your middle finger.
d.
The cuff should fit comfortably, yet snugly around your arm.
You should be able to insert one finger between your arm and
the cuff.

a.
Be seated with your feet flat on the floor, and don’t cross
your legs.
b.
Place palm upside in front of you on flat surface such as a
desk or table.
c.
The middle of cuff should be at the level of the right atrium of
the heart
Once done,press the button Start. The device will automatically straight your arm, keep
calm and relax. Do not talk. Please wait until the screen displays final results. Please find
bellow a template to analyze these results.
