Thread the looped end of the shoulder belt clip belt 

through the anchor point on bottom of the booster

 Thread the shoulder belt clip

 through the loop at 

the end of the belt and pull until tight.

Place booster

 on the vehicle and attach the  

shoulder belt clip

 to the shoulder belt

Pull the adjustment strap
