Care and Maintenance
The condenser coil air filter requires monthly cleaning to keep the mesh clear of lint, dust and
grease build-up. A clogged condenser coil air filter severely reduces your product’s energy efficiency
and places strain on the compressor and other components leading to advanced failure. Cleaning
the condenser coil air filter is the product owner’s personal responsibility.
Warranty is void if the following guidelines are not met.
Condenser Coil Air Filter Cleaning Instructions
1. Disconnect the unit from the outlet before
performing maintenance.

2. Locate the condenser coil grill at the rear
of the unit. Push down on the lock tabs on
the grill to access the condenser coil air filter.
The filter is a black, rectangular, leather-
framed mesh suspended over the
condenser coil.
3. Push up the condenser coil air filter to detach
from the frame.
4. Wash the condenser coil air filter with
lukewarm water and dish soap. Rinse
thoroughly and allow to dry.
5. Re-insert the condenser coil air filter and
secure the condenser coil grill back in place.
