STEP 3
Seat Post and Seat Cushion Installation
1. Remove 3pcs Nuts (35) and 3pcs Washers (34) from underside of the Seat Cushion (36).
2. Attach Seat Cushion (36) onto the triangle plate of the Seat Sliding Tube (4) using 3pcs Nuts (35) and
3pcs Washers (34) that were removed.
3. Remove the Round Knob (27) and the Big Washer from the Seat Sliding Tube (4).
4. Attach Seat Sliding Tube (4) onto the Seat Post (3) with the Round Knob (27) and Big Washer
(28) that were removed.
5. Remove Round Knob (26) from the Main Frame (1).
6. Slide Seat Post Cover (25) onto the tube of the Seat Post (3).
7. Insert Seat Post (3) on the tube of the Main Frame (1) and
attach the Seat Post Knob (26) onto the tube of the Main Frame (1) by
turning it in a clockwise direction using Multi Hex Tool provided to lock
the Seat Post (3) in the suitable position.
NOTE: When adjusting height of seat post, the maximum insert
depth mark line cannot be higher than the edge of seat post cover.
Adjusting the seat cushion:
1. Release Round Knob (27) and slide the
Seat Sliding Tube (4) in a back or forth direction to find
the suitable positon.
2. Tighten Round Knob (26) after adjustment.
