DEFROSTING CYCLE (Optional)
By pressing the PROGRAMS button
the defrosting function is enabled.
Display DS1 shows label “thA”, display DS2 shows the duration of thawing.
The duration is expressed in hours, in the amount of 5,59 Minutes are not viewable (adjustable
from parameter by service)

Pressing the START/STOP button
allows you to start the cycle.
When the preset time expires, the buzzer sounds and maintenance is started at the same
temperature maintained for the defrost cycle (6°C). The time is displayed in hours until the last
hour, in minutes until the last minute and then in seconds.
The dotpoint the third digit of the display DS2 will flash to indicate that the cycle is in progress.

at this point the Fish Sanitisation function is
selected

The display DS2 shows three dashes.

Pressing the START/STOP button
allows you to start the cycle
Fish sanification is carried out in three cycles: the first is by control on core probe temperature;
the second is time-based (24h) and the third is infinite. When the core probe reading reaches
-20°C, the time-based cycle starts automatically with 24h duration and -20°C temperature. When
time runs out, the buzzer rings and the last storage phase (infinite duration) starts with -20°C
temperature. If during the first cycle the core probe doesn’t result inserted after the control,
display DS2 shows label ”ALL” and the sanificaton cycle is stopped.
