CHAPTER 11 PRINT TERMINAL MANAGEMENT (optional)
The card is equipped with a serial communication port RS485.
This communication port can be used for connection to a printing terminal for downloading data of
the cycle and the alarms history. It is recommended to check the configuration of the printing termi-
nal, shown in the respective manual, before making the connections.
Cycle data print report
The printing of data related to a cycle is automatically activated at the beginning of the blast chil-
ling/freezing cycle.
The printed report shows the date, the type of cycle selected, the sampling at regular intervals of
the cell and product temperatures, the defrost cycles and any alarms that occur during the cycle.
