11.1 Alarms history print report

The printing of alarm history is activated by pressing the HACCP button
while viewing the
history on the display.
►
For each alarm present in the history, the type of alarm, date and time of occurrence, maximum
temperature in the chamber and duration of the alarm are printed.
►
During the printing of the history, the display DIS1 shows the label Prt.

CHAPTER 12 NOISE LEVEL
The blast chiller is designed and constructed so that risks resulting from the emission of airborne
noise are reduced to the minimum level (see technical information).
CHAPTER 13 MATERIALS AND FLUIDS USED
The materials in contact or which may come into contact with foodstuffs comply with the relevant
directives.
The blast chiller has been designed and built in such a way that these materials can be cleaned
before each use.
The refrigerants used R404A conform to the relevant provisions of law (see Table 1).
R404A is a fluorinated gas covered by the Kyoto Protocol with a GWP potential of 3300
