INSTALLATION
Installation and any subsequent mainte-
nance operation must be carried out when
the machine is live and, therefore, by the
personnel skilled and trained on the use of
the machine as well as aware of the spe-
cific risks such a condition may involve.
The machine is NOT suitable for out-
door installations:
-outdoors, it must be installed in a dry room
at a temperature between 5° and 32°C;
-in a room where relative humidity is above
65%;
-in a room where water jets are used for
cleaning (e.g. large kitchens, etc...);
While installing the equipment, wear
working gloves and shoes according to
the Law and classified and individual
protection devices (IPD).
IPD’s must be suitable for protection
against any mechanical risk (cuts,
scratches, crushing, ...) and physical
risk (hot water, heat, …)
The machine shall be arranged in such
a way that the maximum inclination is
not exceeding 2°. If necessary, level it
by means of the adjustable feet
The qualified personnel shall check the
machine intactness and its compliance
with the rules in force at least once a
year.
The machine must be installed in a
room where it can be supervised by
trained personnel.
MAIN SWITCH
A manual switch is mounted in the electric
panel.
Only the parts protected by covers and
signalled by the following symbol re-
main live inside the machine.
Before removing these covers, detach
the power supply cable from the mains.
The equipment has some LED’s to
light up some parts of the equipment
(compartment, glassfront, …); the light
produced by the LED's of the refriger-
ated box is generally screened by the
glassfront (no risk or risk-free).
If lighting is active when the glass-
front is open, for any reason whatso-
ever (moderate risk), never look at the
light sources steadily.
