emergency. To restart, turn the knob clockwise until it unlocks, then you can safely operate
the hoist.

During operation
be
sure
that the
steel cable cannot
be moved more than 15° to the
side.
Operation
with
double
cable
•
Loosen the nuts
of
the
3 screws
located
on
the
additional
load hook
(
4)
and
remove the
cover plate located on the
side.
Place the
steel cable
around the deviating
shaft and
reattach
the
cover
plate
and
nuts. Please be
sure
that the load hook
/
deviating
shaft
is installed
properly
and
that the nuts
are securely
tightened.
•
Insert the load hook (3)
attached
to the
cable
into the hook bracket
of
the mounting
casing.
Overload
•
The
cable winch
is not
suitable
for
continuous operation.
The motor is protected from
overload and overheating by a
temperature
switch
If the operating time allowed is exceeded,
the engine temperature increases and thermal protection will stop functioning until cooling.
•
In
case of direct exposure
to
sunlight,
the temperature
of
the
casing will
increase
significantly
It is therefore possible that the temperature
switch will switch
off
after a short
time
period and
the
cable winch will shut
down. Please
wait
until the device is
cooled off.

Our equipment has been designed to be used for a long time with minimal maintenance..
You can always get maximum satisfaction during use following the directions below.
Regularly inspect the total length of steel cable for signs of damage as well as the functionality of
the limit bracket (2) If the steel cord is damaged (cracked or bent), must be replaced with original
spare parts
Replacing the steel cable
Remove the engine cover (7) by unscrewing the two screws. Remove old cable from its slot.
For replacement insert the new cable in the square hole and pull it through the round hole. Wrap
the cable drum 2 times then fix it in the slots from the side of the drum.
Fit the cover back and check the tightness of the screws.
Cleaning
•
Regularly, preferably after each use, clean the unit with a soft cloth.If the dirt does not come
off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water.
•
Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may
damage the plastic parts.
Storage
•
Thoroughly clean the whole machine and its accessories.
•
Store it out of the reach of children, in a stable and secure position, in a cool and dry
place, avoid too high and too low temperatures.
•
Protect it from exposure to direct sunlight. Keep it in the dark, if possible.
•
Don
’t keep it in plastic bags to avoid humidity build-up.
