7  If not used for a long time, Please keep the battery in full charged, and the 

battery should be charged full and released at least once every three times.

8  Please use the E-book after charging full. When the battery is completely 

empty, please do not connect the computer unless the E-book is charge full; 
please charge the battery in the following circumstances:
A. battery’s electric quantity icon displays there is no electric quantity
B. system is powered off  automatically, and powered off  quickly after 

startup

C. The operation button does not have reactions
D. To ensure the charging stability, Please do not use the USB of computer 

to charging but select the standard charger (adapter) to charge battery.

9. Trouble shooting

1  The E-book can not be run?

Reply: To connect USB or charger, check whether the battery voltage is too 
low. If yes, please use it after charging for a period of time. If the machine 
still fails to start after charged full, please contact our service personnel.

2  No sound in the headset?

Reply: please check whether the volume is set as 0. Please check whether 
there is something wrong with the connection of headset.

3  Button not work?

Reply: please check whether the OK button is locked. If “yes”, please unlock 
the button and then try it again.

4 Serious 

noise?

Reply: please check whether the Headphones plug is clean. The impurities 
may result into the noise. Check whether the music fi le is damaged. Try to 
play other music fi les to make sure. If the fi le has been damaged, the serious 
noise may be happen.

5 The 

fi le can not be download?

Reply: check whether the computer is connected with reader correctly. 
Check whether the storage space of the memory has been full; Check 
whether the USB line is damaged.

6  How to solve the phenomenon that the reader is Crashed?

Reply: if the system is crashed during operation, please press the reset 
button to restart.
To prevent the system from being crashed, please do not press the button
