User groups:
The user groups define authorisations for users.

Users operate the Xesar software and manage the Xesar system. It is possible to add as
many users as required with authorisation profiles that vary according to their function.
These different authorisations are defined in the user groups.
Depiction of all predefined user groups:
Users can be assigned to these user groups. They can not be deleted.
A user can be assigned to multiple user groups. The authorisations add up.

System administrator:
Is authorised to change user passwords.
Installation administrator:
Has all authorisations except to change user passwords
Maintenance technician:
Has limited authorisations (maintenance-relevant)
Partition administrator:
has limited permissions (administrative)
Front desk:
Has limited authorisations (reception-relevant)
