Xesar wall reader control unit

The Xesar control unit can be exclusively used in conjunction with Xesar wall readers. Each control
unit can be connected to one or two Xesar wall readers. Xesar control units connected to Xesar wall
readers must be installed indoors in zones protected from manipulation.
Xesar control units are supplied with power using power supply unit. In the event of power failure
they are equipped with data buffers for a maximum of 72 hours, providing the Xesar control unit
had been previously active for a minimum of six hours.

The Xesar wall reader online control unit can be exclusively used in conjunction with Xesar wall
readers. Each online control unit can be connected to a maximum of one Xesar wall reader. Xesar
control units connected to Xesar wall readers must be installed indoors in zones protected from
manipulation.
Online control unit is connected via an Ethernet adapter LAN to the system computer. If the LAN
connection is interrupted, then the Xesar wall reader behaves as an offline wall reader. Xesar online
control units are supplied with power using power supply unit. In the event of power failure, they
are equipped with data buffers for a maximum of 72 hours, providing the Xesar control unit had
been previously active for a minimum of six hours.
