Transferring "Unlocking attempt by medium" notifications
A medium that has been disabled in the software can open the corresponding door com-
ponents as long as it is still valid. This type of information is critical to security and the
data is collected by other identification media within the system before it is transferred to
the Xesar software using the coding station or online wall reader.
The "Releases with disabled identification media" menu item on the dashboard turns yellow
if unlocking attempts have taken place using identification media that have already been
disabled.

8.15.4
Transferring the information "Identification medium deleted from door
component"
The identification medium is deleted from the door component upon attempting to unlock
a door component with an up-to-date blacklist using an identification medium that has
been disabled in the software.
As a consequence, this medium can now no longer open doors with an out-of-date black-
list and hence this medium is no longer valid.
The information from a disabled or deleted identification medium is returned to the Xesar
software by other identification media via the virtual network. For this purpose, the iden-
tification media must be held to a coding station or an online wall reader.
As a result, software users are automatically provided with information that the system is
once again secure even if the blacklist has potentially not yet been transferred to all doors.
For this purpose, note all potential maintenance tasks on the dashboard and keep compo-
nents up to date at all times:
