Cleaning and Care

Before cleaning the device turn it off, remove the plug from the socket and let it completely cool
down.

Remove all water from the bucket.
•
Use a damp cloth to clean the outer and inner surface. The inlay can be removed and cleaned as
well.

Do not use alcohol, acetone, benzene, scouring cleaning agents, etc., to clean the
syntheUc parts of the device. Do not use hard brushes or metallic objects.

If necessary a few drops of a customary washing-‐up liquid can be used to remove persistent stain.
•
It is recommended to decalcify the device twice a year or more o¦en depending on the water
hardness of your local water. Regular decalcificaUon maintains the product’s efficiency.
•
Use a commercially available decalcifier for the decalcificaUon process. Follow the manufacturer’s
instrucUons carefully to avoid damage to the product.
•
Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and dripping water.
