Setting height of the footplate
To adjust the height of the footplate you need to use enclosed wrench number 13.
-
Release the heel strap and remove the footplate from the wheelchair;

Turn the footrest upside down. You will see a silver bolt next to the footplate;

Loosen the bolt with wrench number 13 until you can move the footplate up and down, see figure
7;

Select the desired height and re-tighten the bolt;

Make sure the footplate is securely fastened, and that the length is equal on both sides.
5.4 Using the wheelchair brake
Using the brakes
Your wheelchair is fitted with attendant brakes which can be found on the push handles of the wheelchair
To operate the brake

Squeeze the lever toward the black push handle to brake, see figure 8.
You can also put a parking brake on

Squeeze the lever toward the black push handle, see figure 8;

Keep the lever there and push the silver clip on the black lever inwards to brake, see figure 9;
-
Once locked squeeze the push handle to release the clip.
5.5 Potential uses and functions of the back of the wheelchair
Using the foldable backrest

Go to the back of the wheelchair;

Press both levers at the same time on the back of the wheelchair and fold the backrest down, see figure 10
and 11;
