" L " = 0 ---- Permit to dial the special calling number only

" L " = 1 ---- no call-out limitation

" L " = 2 ---- call-out with limiting of international distance dialing

" L " = 3 ---- call-out with limiting of domestic distance dialing

" L " = 4 ---- call-out with limiting initial of item A

" L " = 5 ---- call-out with limiting initial of item B

" L " = 6 ---- forbid local call, only intercom is allowed.

(QQ is the group number, from 01 to 16)
