Troubleshooting guide
The speaker will
not switch on.
The battery might be flat. Charge the battery.
No sound from
the external device
connected via
Bluetooth.
• Check the volume and play/pause status on both the external device and speaker.
• Make sure that the Bluetooth connection has been properly established.
• Test file playback on the Bluetooth device first before connecting it to the speaker.
• Try using another file. The file may be incompatible or damaged.
• Make sure that no other wireless devices are disrupting the current Bluetooth connection.
